Applications are always available year round in the school office or District Food Service Office. Returning students are able to use their eligibility from last year for the first few weeks of school. A new application is required each year to continue with benefits. If there is no application on file for 08-09 School year the student will be required to pay full price for lunch and breakfast.
5. Allergies If for any reason your child has allergies, before a menu change can occur, a medical form needs to be filled out by you and your child’s doctor. This form needs to be kept in the Food Services Department. Please call the Food Service office at 510-667-3508 for more information.
